You allow Good Libations to use the information above to contact you regarding submissions within this sample request. Good Libations will provide up to three (3) samples of your optimized spirit at no cost to you. If you request additional samples to be developed a fee will apply. Good Libations will provide up to nine (9) additional samples.

Please mail three (3) 750ml bottles of your spirit. Once we receive it, we will develop samples and contact you regarding the date of completion. We will follow up with you to schedule a taste test.
